Check-in is contactless via our key box (KeyBoy) at the main entrance.

You will receive your key code 1 day before arrival at the email address you provided.
If you have not received it, please contact us via +49 2564 9120 or info@kloppendiek.de.

Please enter the code on the key box at the entrance. After entering the code, the chip key will automatically be released.

With this chip, you can activate the reader to the left of the entrance, after which the door will open automatically.
The chip also provides access to your room and the bicycle storage.

The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
If you would like to stay longer, please contact us in advance to check if this is possible.

Upon departure, you can simply return the chip key to the key box (KeyBoy) at the main entrance.

Your four-legged friend is welcome by prior arrangement!
On the outdoor grounds and inside the building, your dog must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room. A fee of €10 per night applies for your dog.

Payment can be made on site using EC/Maestro card, VISA or MasterCard, or by invoice.
You can also pay online via our website with PayPal, iDEAL, VISA, MasterCard, Bancontact, or Apple Pay.

We have a large bike shed where our rental bicycles are also stored.
It is locked and can be opened with your room key.
Please secure your bicycle as usual and close the door again when leaving.

There are also power outlets available for charging e-bikes.

Would you like to explore the beautiful surroundings of Zwillbrock and the Münsterland by bike? It’s very easy with us! During your stay, you can conveniently rent bicycles.

Our prices:

🔋 E-bike – €27.50 per day
🚲 Standard bike – €17.50 per day

Reservations can be made in advance or during your stay at the reception.
We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

In the hotel entrance area, you’ll find a selection of maps that you can borrow for the duration of your stay.

All hotel windows are equipped with insect screens to ensure your night’s rest is not disturbed by unwanted guests.
If your room has two windows, please make sure to open only the one with a screen!
