Cancellation
Please understand that we have to charge a cancellation fee after firm booking, if we are not able to compensate your cancellation.
See following season price:

Percentage from cost:   
Till 31st day before arrival 10 % of total price
From 30th day before arrival 20 % of total price
From 21st day before arrival 40 % of total price
From 10th day before arrival 60 % of total price
After that 80 % of total price
